Like new condition, not one scratch or scuff mark. Super fast and didn't overheatat all. Only got warm once and that was during set up and when I was downloading a bunch of apps. Battery seems good. Settings said 100% max capacity. Also great price. Just make sure you put it in a case.
Only returning because I didn't feel right about it because I would rather try to get a Samsung.

I researched so many sellers
I read hundreds of reviews of refurbish sellers on Amazon and Walmart and saw nightmare upon nightmare of people getting refurbished phones that looked like they were run over by a truck, battery life depleted, iCloud locked, etc. I decided to trust The Whiz Cells 2 because they have a higher average star rating with plenty of reviews, I didn’t see reviewers claiming they were scammed or cheated. I bought a refurbished Apple Watch recently and paid the higher price for it to be in “excellent” condition but it wouldn’t charge or hold a charge with battery health at 75% that was my fear this time. The Whiz Cells 2 pulled through. I chose excellent condition and that’s what they sent. For my teenagers birthday, he’s going to be so happy.

The phone is very nice for what I paid — it’s quick, there weren’t too many scuffs besides the scratches across the screen (I don’t notice them). Battery came at 86% health which is pretty good. It’s quick and responsive — the camera is crisp. My only complaint is that the mic & notification switch on top of the volume/power were caked with what looked like dust. It took a bunch of toothpicks to get it out and still the buttons are a little jammed, not to mention my audio is super muddy. It sounds like a bad headset when I’m on the phone with someone.
