    This was ordered for my husband with a traumatic brain injury and prone to seizures. We wanted it mainly for fall protection and medical info. It arrived with out even a quick start manual, just watch and charger. After plugging into multiple outlets it was apparent the charger did not work. I put the watch on my charger and it charged overnight. The following day (after looking up start up instruction on line) started to pair and initialize. The battery showed half full after10 minutes. Obviously this product was never refurbished or tested before throwing into a box and sending! I will never order another used and refurbished item from Amazon again… very disappointed. Now I’m waiting for the new watch order to come in to help my husband. The brand new one was only slightly more expensive than the used

    Love this watch, but I have two dislikes about it number one. You have to take the watch off for at least two hours to charge it. Your engineers should figure out a way for it to recharge without taking the watch off. Maybe something like Bluetooth with transmitter and a receiver to recharge the watch while you’re sleeping in your bedroom where the transfer will cover a radius of an average. The only other thing I dislike is the way the watch strap buckles up. Don’t like it at all. That’s it.
