So my daughter broke her screen on her new cell phone and asurion is dragging their heels, it's been a week and still no replacement, they said 3 days that's a lie, BE AWARE YOU WILL NOT GET A REPLACEMENT IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!

No where does it say phone and asurion insurance must be purchased within 30 days. When I called to ask how the "insurance works" rep never told me my phone needed to have been purchased within 30 days. Should've figured that none of that sounded right but I knew other plans did work that way so I decided to give it a shot. Phone screen broke recently and that's when the rep told me the insurance wouldn't work for me since the plan wasn't bought within 30 days of my phone purchase. Rep said it's in the terms and condition but I looked through that with a fine tooth comb and nowhere does it state that, had my husband look at it too and they saw no mention of that. Thankfully I was able to cancel and get some money back. Very disappointed, I now have a broken phone just sitting at home.
