Got this plan when I bought my husband a tablet in around Christmas. The 2nd week in January the tablet got stuck in our recliner and the corner was crushed in the mechanism. I wasn’t sure it would be covered but it was! I filed the claim, explained what happened and sent it in. Within a week I got an email saying it could not be fixed and I was refunded my purchase price! Easy peasy! I will always buy this plan! The peace of mind is comforting!

Asurion asked for the item to be sent back, of-course it could not be repaired. I was sent the full amount I had originally paid. Purchased another one and re-purchased the insurance just in case. Claim from open to close took about 1 week. Very easy. Highly recommend.

I bought an iPad a refurbished iPad mini for my wife a year and a half ago and I purchased the Asurion protection plan for it. Well it was having issues with the battery not holding a charge and then it wouldn’t charge. We tried 2 wall adapters and 3 cables and it still wouldn’t charge.
So I started a repair order (which was easy to do) and they said to ship it in and sent me a prepaid label.
I sent it in and it only took a a day after they received it for them to tell me it was not repairable. The sent me a code for an Amazon gift card in the amount of what I paid for the tablet
I purchased a replacement for it the same day and received from Amazon the next day (I purchased an Asurion plan on this one also).
