I purchased the protection plan for my son’s Chromebook and didn’t think much of it. When his Chromebook broke after 14 months I vaguely remembered that I might have done so and looked up the details through my Amazon account and emails. It could not have been easier. I contacted Asurion and within minutes had my claim approved. The next day I packed up the Chromebook and dropped it off at UPS using the prepaid label they sent me and I received my credit. I had already purchased a replacement, and of course added on the Asurion protection.
