    It's decent BUT...
    I had just purchased a new phone and the merchant didn't have any phone cases for my new phone on site. So, I decided to run to amazon and purchase a case with a built-in screen protector. All in all, the case is heavy duty and will protect your phone. What was failed to be mentioned is the adhesive fingerprint circle reader on the inside of the front of the phone case (see picture for clarity). Once you put your phone case on, the circle that guides you to where your finger goes is very visible. It looks like a bubble from applying a screen protector. It's going to annoy me to see for some time, but this is probably the only phone case that I found to my liking for my phone. I guess it'll have to do. I also notice that the built-in screen protector is not smudge friendly. I am constantly cleaning it with alcohol patches. I am trying to remain positive and just be thankful for the protection my phone will now have despite the other downsides of the case.

    I originally bought this product three years ago. After years of use it was starting to get a little worn around the rubber components where the buttons no longer worked. Because I liked the case so well the first time, I ordered it again.
    This case is very easy to put on, just make sure your phone is clean, and fingerprint free place the phone in the front part, line up the camera with the back portion and it snaps together.
    This case does a good job of protecting the phone, fits well in my pocket, and with the exception of the wear items, ie. the rubber outside part, it wears very well. If I still have the phone in a few years and need another, I would have not problems reordering a third time.

    For my son. I let me son choose. The base products are just fine and it protects the phone. If you however use the external speaker for anything, avoid this. There are product blocks and my son could barely manage a phone call or listen to his music. He removed it almost immediately. We bought something else within the week.

    This phone case is awesome. It's sleek and thin so it fits in your pocket really well and it's super durable. I've had a black one for my s20 fe for almost 4 years and it has protected my phone from hundreds of drops and submersions. I have dropped it from all kinds of heights and even dropped it down the stairs, in the bathtub, in the toilet, in the bilge of a boat. I've taken it in the ocean, in the pool. Almost 4 years of constant abuse and my phone doesn't have a single scratch on it nor any water damage. The only reason I just bought a new case is because the camera protector was scratched up so pictures were blurry so I got a green one this time. I could've gotten another 4 years out of that case easily.

    Now while this case easily deserves 5 stars, everything can be improved. With that in mind there are 3 minor improvements that would make this case stand out even more.

    1. The lanyard that is provided needs a thicker attaching string. It's so thin that after a couple months of use the lanyard cut its way right through the plastic anchor point.

    2. Your sound quality for other people can be pretty bad at times. I get complaints about people not being able to hear me a lot. Especially if there is dust in the microphone hole. I know that's a common issue with waterproof cases.

    3. This one isn't an issue, just an improvement.... A CLIP! Seriously don't underestimate the selling point of a clip on a case like this. I know a lot of people would love to be able to use a good clip on this case not one for those crappy universals.

    I can't decide if I hate the case more or less than the people who wrote the instructions. Or didn't write them.

    Ten minutes after trying to install it, it's in the trash. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY. I can't emphasize that enough. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE. Maybe if you bought two or three so you had some practice trying to figure out all the places where this thing will bite you in the backside when you try to install it, then maybe. But then why waste the money on three of these instead of a good one?

    IF they wrote decent instructions then MAYBE it might not be a waste. But they didn't, so it is.

    As a heads up, that little circle on the inside of the front screen is ADHESIVE. You peel that cover off of it and now everything sticks to it. That's something that's good to know before you try wiping away the dust with the handy dandy cloth they did provide. Experience is a b**** of a teacher.

    So as a heads up, DO NOT PEEL THE FRONT PROTECTIVE PLASTIC OFF until things are installed. Why? Because that will charge the hell out of the inside of the cover with static and make just about anything small and light, like dust and dirt, stick to it. Which would probably lead you to trying to wipe it away.

    So, now you've ruined the original sticker in the middle of the screen because it's all smeared or has bits of dust stuck to it but just for fun you try it out. Yup, looks like absolute dog poop. Sorry. That's not fair to my dog. What he leaves behind is art compared to this.

    But don't worry, they've given you extra stickers you can add or maybe replace. Who knows? Well you have to assume replace because the INSTRUCTIONS DON"T MENTION ANYTHING because they suck. Did I mention they suck? They suck.

    But you can try to peel the old one off and somehow maybe figure out how to get it in the right place, probably by using some magic or something because there is absolutely no way to line the new on up with where the old one was.

    But hey! You really don't have to worry about that because when you try to remove the original sticker from the inside, it sticks. It REALLY sticks. Like end up denting the clear screen protector when you try to remove it kind of sticks. Which ruins the screen protector. Which makes the case worthless. Which sends it into the trash.

    So if you made it this far some useful hints.
    I would say use nitrile gloves when you try this to keep finger prints off of everything but that didn't end up really mattering to me.

    1. DO NOT REMOVE THE PROTECTIVE FILM FROM THE OUTSIDE SURFACE OF THE COVER.
    2. MAKE SURE THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DUST ANYWHERE IN YOUR GENERAL LOCATION (THINK CLASS 1000 CLEAN ROOM). OR USE AIR IN A CAN TO BLOW ANY DUST AWAY FROM THE INSIDE OF THE CASE.
    3. MAKE SURE YOU PHONE IS ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS.
    4. CLEAN THE INSIDE OF THE COVER AGAIN.
    5. PRAY.
    6. GENTLY PEEL THE PROTECTIVE INSIDE STICKER COVER OFF.
    7. INSTALL THE PHONE INTO THE FRONT COVER.
    8. DON'T KNOW AFTER THIS BECUASE THE CASE WAS RUINED BEFORE I GOT PAST THE LAST STEP.
    9. GUESSING HERE BUT MAYBE USE THE SQUEEGIE (ASSUMING THAT'S WHAT THAT THING WAS, NO DIRECTIONS REMEMBER?) TO GET THAT STICKY SPOT TO STICK TO THE FRONT OF YOUR PHONE.
    10. INSTALL THE REAR OF THE CASE?
    11. PRAY SOME MORE? (COULDN'T HURT.)
    12. SEE IF YOUR PHONE STILL WORKS.

    Produto muito bom mas, devido a proteção frontal da tela ser totalmente lacrada
    quase não se ouve os áudios nas ligações.
    E mesmo no viva voz se nota uma grande perda na qualidade e volume do áudio
    do aparelho.
