    this phone supposes be a new phone, new Eletronic device come with a 12-month guaranty from the manufacturing. I am having problems with this garbage of a phone. I contact Samsung, at first, they said a had 12 months of guaranty and then when received the phone the tell me the guaranty was expired and they want it &247.89 to fix it. I will never buy any produce from Samsung again

    I've been using my A71 5G phone for greater than 3 years and it's never let me down. I switched from the iPhone just to take an Android phone for a test drive and my new iPhone is still in the box. I use it to communicate and honestly don't know it's full potential. Overall it's a 5 star phone for me
