I say surprisingly because I didn’t mean to order this low sodium version but it turned out delicious! Cooked it in a pan, got nice and crispy. We made this for our Salmon BLT sandwiches on ciabatta toast. All items bought at Whole Foods 😃 I’ll tell you I was a little worried about seeing all the negative reviews. Of course any brand of bacon can be hit or miss from time to time. This bacon worked out great! Held its own with all of the flavors in the sandwich. You can’t have a good BLT or Club sandwich for that matter without good bacon! It was a hit!

I really like this bacon 🥓
The only problem is sometimes it's great, hardly any fat but many times it's awful. Mostly fat which is not at all acceptable. The slices are not cut evenly ever. I don't mind to much because we pan cook it on the stove. I wish 365 had better quality control. This bacon was much better in the past.

The only reason I knocked off a star is because this is NOT center cut bacon. I've bought Oscar Mayer and Kroger's (Ralphs, Food4Less etc) "Private Selection", so I know what center cut looks like! But.....uncured bacon usually comes at a higher price, and regular bacon is a bit too salty for my taste. What I noticed right away is that it didn't smoke as badly while frying it, which is a plus and will drive me to purchase again. My bacon came to me nice and pink, and I love the flavor above other brands I've tried. If you think this bacon is too fatty, then you must not be living the keto lifestyle. LOL Perhaps you should be buying Canadian bacon. I think the packaging could use some improvement. I struggled to cut it open and then had to put the rest of the bacon in a plastic bag of my own. Over all.....I love this bacon and will buy again.
