Received few days ago, hence can't say much about tech issues. Excellent basic phone. I am a photographer hence I do not use my phones as a camera only for incidental pictures. Therefore I am not much into picture quality. As I was wishing for the latest Android version installed, this came with Android 13. Will update if there are any issues. So far happy with this for the money I spent, bought much cheaper than current price. The icons looks like this phone meant to be for kids, and the wallpaper looks the same, just washed out, and child painted symbols. No user manual hence if you are new then one has to fiddle around or watch few YouTube videos to work it out, No warranty card. No information on product registration.
The unknowns: Unknown warranty period. How many years of Android updates/upgrades or forever stuck with Android 13. Any security patches or Samsung support on software in the future. I had one update few hours after running and will this support continue?
Even though there is no hard copy to go through before turning on, once you set the phone, you can access to it online.
