Good product, requires more accurate instructions
This appears to be a good, simple phone for basic use. It is designed to be accessible and user-friendly, with large print on the buttons, a clear, bright screen, an amplified speaker, an in-built torch and a special SOS button. The casing is pleasingly hand-sized and quite lightweight. The rear cover feels very flimsy so care is required when removing it to insert a SIM card or battery. The supplied charging dock, cable and power adapter are of good quality.Unfortunately, the supplied instructions seem to let the product down. They state, "Please use a standard SIM card" but then go on to indicate standard cards are not supported. It appears the phone only supports the use of a Nano SIM card, but the product description on Amazon does not make this clear. My dad's current pay-as-you-go phone has a standard SIM card without smaller pop-out sizes, so before he can use the Ukuu phone, he will first need to buy a new SIM.Battery life should be quite good you can expect several days of use on a single charge. The phone also supports the use of a micro-SD card for media storage and has several basic apps including a radio.

This big button phone is a amazing for my mum. My mother can easily press the numbers and buttons she needs without any frustration. It's super easy to make calls, send texts, and access important functions. The 1800mAh battery has a long standby time, so there's no need to charge it frequently. The USB-C charging dock is convenient and ensures hassle-free charging. What my mum appreciates most is the reliability and durability of the phone. It feels sturdy and well-built, capable of withstanding daily use. The sound quality is excellent, making conversations clear and audible.

The phone’s colour is black both in the front and in the back with a red line across the middle. As much as this could be said about retro phones it looks sleek.))
The numbers on the buttons are indeed quite large and easy to see. Phone has a perfect size, which make it easy to hold in tone hand, and operate with your thumb.
The menu is quite usual and simple just the way they used to be on old phones.
I really liked that the phone has charging dock, I believe this is an extra touch of convenience and an attempt to make it usual for the elderly people.

I got this phone as a spare phone for my mum, she is always dropping her phone and these simple plastic things just explode if they hit hard surfaces.
Sure enough, she dropped her phone, so we put her Sim card into this one and it was very easy to get the hang of and very simple for her to use.
It got big buttons, a clear enough screen, a loud speaker so the ring tone can be set to be quite loud, which is really useful, and it's compatible with all the UK providers (as far as I know). So Sim cards from any major phone supplier should work in this.
I like the fact this is a 4G phone, it's a bit more up-to-date and if you need to use the wireless networks (although I don't think anybody using these probably will) it would be quicker.
Charge lasts approximately a week without too many phone calls, it's great.
The worst thing about it is that it the easy to push buttons are also easy to push if they are in your pocket, butt dialling is a real danger with this thing.

It was easy to set up. It's easy to charge in the included charging dock or by simply using a USB-C cable. The buttons are big, easy to see and easy to press too. The screen is a good size and the icons on screen are nice and big and clear. I chose this phone because it is 4G, where many of this type of big button phone are 2G or 3G connectivity. The battery seems to last for 3-5 days, depending on usage.
Overall, I'm very pleased that it's doing what I wanted it to.
I got this for a family member and after a little time to show them how it works, they've got used to it well and are finding it really good.
