It is used to protect your safety during the usage. The shredder will only be powered on when the safety lock is installed correctly.

What shoud I do when the "Overheat" light turns on?

Please unplug the shredder and let it cool down for 30 minutes. Then it can restart to work.

How to solve the paper jam?

Please switch to "REV" mode and pull out the paper manually. For serious paper jam, please follow the video tutorial in the user manual.

    This shredder is very noisy and the paper has to go in at an angle making it a bit difficult, I don't like the fact you have to take the whole lid off to empty it as a draw would have been much easier. But it is a very hungry machine and quite fast at shredding.
