So, ideal for what I wanted. OK quality-wise for £5 but ideally would be better. I would have got some Decathlon Kalenji R300 ones, but they were out of stock, and are also £3 more expensive.
Note that the riemot product listing can be very confusing since it covers several different types of insole and materials, not merely a difference in colour: from memory foam (which these ones are NOT) to PU, shock absorbing, flannel, wide etc.. These ones are labelled "beige/wide" and have a creamy grey woven footbed (which should clean easily) with a blue foam underneath.
Review.
Some customers seem to have had different experiences with these insoles.
Mine is that I was very impressed upon first inserting them and walking about, but in a few days of little use they are compressed to be virtually as thick as very thin, cheap quilted style insoles (which aren't memory foam).
This was pretty expectable. I'm not surprised. Considering I paid £6.45 for a size 13 adult, they're not much dearer than the cheap, non-memory insoles which start at the thickness these soon get to.
Putting that aside, I should compare them with the fairly disposable memory foam insoles I have used for years (used to be 99p a pair in places such as Pounndstretcher, pound stores, Home Bargains, B&M but now would be double to triple that price).
The disposable memory insoles are good and stay quite good - better than these riemot insoles - for 3 or 4 weeks, maybe less time, depending on use. So if you can find them and are OK with changing insoles every month or so, they should be better for you. Sometimes I used to use two of those disposable memory insoles in the same shoe, which was really good. However it would be so much better to live in a non-disposable, sustainable world especially where plastics are concerned.
I quite like the riemot insoles, and I am imagining (but just imagining) they will keep their current function and comfort for maybe around 6 to 8 weeks, maybe longer.
They have lost their original memory cushioning, but they retain some comfort. This comfort is not as good as the disposable memory insoles which last up to 3 or 4 weeks. Though remember that the disposable versions fall apart anyway usually by a month. I imagine these will last double that time or longer whilst not being as comfortable.
There is still an amount of half decent cushioning here in the riemots, though they're quite thin already. They are probably better than the cheap non-memory versions I first talked about (including some supposed "sports" versions I've tried for normal use). At the price I paid I have to say these riemots are around their money and everything is pretty predictable on value for money terms. You will not be "making a steal" by any means but they will satisfy some people.
These insoles tell you you're not going to come across really comfortable, lasting memory insoles at around this budget price, while they're not bad for as long as they will last.
I can tell from wearing them that some people will think they're poor and some people will think they're working well for them.
They are budget insoles. If you would be thinking about good quality, good function and lasting memory insoles, I don't know if you'll find them. In any event, it's unlikely that they would be around this price if you were to find them.
One of the standout features of these insoles is the high-quality memory foam material used in their construction. The memory foam provides exceptional cushioning and support, which has made a significant difference in how my feet feel after long hours of activity. The insoles mold to the unique shape of my feet, offering a personalized level of comfort that is simply unmatched by other generic insoles.
The durability and construction of the insoles also give me confidence that they will withstand daily use and continue to provide the same level of comfort and support over time.
Whether I'm hitting the gym, going for a run, working a long shift on my feet, or simply taking a leisurely walk, the Riemot Memory Foam Insoles have made a noticeable difference in the overall comfort of my shoes. I highly recommend these insoles to anyone looking to improve the comfort, cushioning, and support of their footwear. In my experience, they have exceeded expectations and become an essential addition to my shoe collection.

Give your boots new life with a pair of these. I promise you, I am TELLING YOU, you will not be sorry. I even put them in my slippers in the winter sometimes. They resist sweat and keep my toes snuggly.
