Avoid the Seller (BossDeal, Pixel Direct, or whatever they now call themselves)

This phone is NOT covered by a 12 month Amazon refurbished guarantee despite what is advertised - Amazon refuses to acknowledge it and says the seller is just using it for their own marketing. The seller itself is very shady - the phone they sent had small cracks on the screen which rapidly expanded and the battery life was awful, a full charge would last less than an hour! Despite returning the phone after only about 2 months the seller refused to provide any refund and Amazon was of no help. The seller also damaged the phone and tried to claim that I had done it - AVOID THIS SELLER!!!!!!!!

The renewed S22 256GB phone arrived in a generic box with a Samsung Charger, USB cable and SIM removal tool. It had no visible scratches on front, rear or sides but all 4 corners of the metal surround were visibly scuffed and they felt rough when running my fingers over them. However this minor damage is now hidden by a case. The phone works well, screen brightness and contrast are good and the battery life compares favourably with my previous Samsung S20 phone. The 256GB of storage is more than enough for my requirements so I do not need a microSD card. I am pleased with this phone and the price that I paid for it

I know Galaxy family since S3 and keep this trend continuously. This one was for my son who needed better performance but not breaking the bank. Great choice. Phone looks like new. Hardly noticable mark on top end of the frame. That's it. Battery life is pretty much normal I'd say. Keeps charge for a day with constant GPS on. Performancewise I've got no issues. Everything works as it should. I would consider amazon to purchase more devices.

The phone arrived on the correct delivery date. Ordered as an excellent condition phone but did not arrive as described.
The edge of the case of the phone has scratches which can see and felt. Fortunately the Samsung case I purchased covers the damage. The screen is perfect but did not expect this amount of damage when sold as in excellent condition.

Battery is bad

I am not very happy with this one. The battery lasts until about 6-7pm, and I have been treating it more carefully than I normally would.
I switched from Huawei and many things are different on this UI, but not necessarily better. Maybe it is a question of time, so I will give it some more time. The camera app pisses me off, actually, can't even set it to shut up when taking a picture!? I had to create a routine for it. And typing is hard, the screen is small, and for some reason the àáãåāæ letter show up and have no clue how to stop that, the keyboard settings are identical to my Huawei...
So many tiny littlye annoyances next to the massive battery problem.
It would probably be more useful for a lady, someone with smaller hands.
