Perfect cards

We have purchased several of these now and they’re perfect as the gift cards come in the birthday cards already, so it’s great value for money as you save on buying a birthday card!
There are so many lovely, colourful designs, for all different occasions, plus plain ones which can be used for various occasions, making them versatile.
The cards are also nice quality.
Amazon vouchers are always well received in our family for birthdays etc. so we will continue to buy more!

Want to physically receive my paid gift card yet it induces crime!

While I was waiting my paid gift card to arrive before I could include that in the birthday card to my friend’s boy, I was shocked to read the Tracking email saying the gift card has been placed into my letterbox but I found nothing there!? in fact I was at home at that stated delivered time yet I did not see anyone approach to my front door nor hear that courier knocking my door!
Luckily when I immediately phoned Amazon Customer services to raise this doggy untrue Tracking message from a non-delivery, I was re-assured by their Rap that
A. they will cancel & refund my paid gift card value to my credit card,
and
B. they will investigate or wait to see who would use that stolen despatched gift card.
Huddle was that I have to re-order another gift card that will be delivered via email to the birthday boy..

unable to identify voucher cost

there is nothing on the vouchers to indicate the amount loaded on .
i ordered £10 and £20 vouchers - you have to go back to your order and look at the serial number to identify the amount on each voucher .
cannot believe there is not something on the voucher or envelope

She couldn’t activate it , had to send my invoice for her to sort it
Also she had no indication on the card how much the gift card was for! Take some tips from M&S!

Ordered this for a friend's daughter but the gift card doesn't even have the amount shown anywhere. The gift card is firmly stuck down and there is just text in the card saying 'see reverse for redemption instructions' hoping when they pull the voucher away from the card they can read the details to redeem. Not fantastic amazon, this could be so much better. Not great as a gift 😕

This came well packaged and in good time.
BUT there were no instructions enclosed.
We did our best but there are so many small details on this design that the numbers and letters didn't make it as they were damaged when we applied the sticker.
Disappointed - as we hoped it would finish our van. For the sake of a piece of paper with a few basic instructions, it could have been great.
