I was at my witt's end.
My mother has latter stage dementia and just would not leave the adult diaper/nappy alone, either she rummaged around in it and took the poop out to leave around her bedroom like ghastly ornaments, or worse, hide them so it turned into a daily horrific 'treasure hunt'. She would sometimes just take it off completely and leave it wherever she felt like, usually in front of the television!
Normal pyjama's she could easily discard, which was quite alarming for my husband on several occasions, not how he thought he would ever see his mother in law.
I bought three of these onesies (my thought being: one on, one off and one in the wash) and have been thrilled with them, no more poop surprises. No more poop covered hand and nails, no more smears on the walls and bedding, no more hidden horrors or faecal ornaments.
They machine wash easily on several different settings and are easy to put on her and take them off (by me not her). Most importantly the zip being on the back means she had NO access to either get them off herself or interfere with the diaper/nappy. HALLELUJAH

Tutto come descritto, misura perfetta, ottimo cotone, speriamo che non si rompano le cerniere ormai ho la collezione di questi pigiamoni con cerniera rotta. Nella RSA di mia madre non sono molto delicati nei lavaggi e le cerniere partono come niente, d'altronde i lavaggi devono essere fatti ad alte temperature per questo raccomando alle sartorie di prestare attenzione alla robustezza delle cerniere
