My son purchased one of these in november 2023, hes had no problems with his so thought I'd buy one for myself.Absolutely brilliant phone, perfect for what I need anyway, good value for money and I trust Samsung products totally.Highly recommended buy, especially if you're not wanting to spend too much money on a phone.

Bought this for my mum. She just wanted a tablet for Internet browsing. This seems to do the basics very well. The speed is pretty fast and runs without any hitches. The screen responds when she touches without any fuss. And the screen size is generous. She also likes the tablets colour, which is a pretty, pinkish, rose gold. Working it seems straight forward and has been easy for her to learn. One small issue, is that the app icon badges, on the menu and home page, are a bit small, for someone with more mature eye sight. There are options to enlarge them a bit, in the settings. But they still remain a bit too small. But she seems to cope with it and we have made the wallpaper a neutral colour, to try and enhance their visability. She has also purchased a cover because the tablet has a slippery surface. But overall, this good purchase for someone who wants fuss free Internet browsing.
