Got the back open with great difficulty (had to use a knife). Inserted SIM correctly but was told, after several attempts, that no card had been inserted. Checked with EE who carried out tests on the SIM and found it was working properly. Phone therefore faulty. Also when I went to charge the battery the plug wouldn't fit into the socket as the top pin was too big. Am now in the process of returning it.
