Seemed good to start with, but soon the screen did not respond to touches/ taps.
I do not seem able to get apps icons onto the home screen. I took it into a large Tesco store and a very helpful young man was able to get an app onto the home screen, but it took several attempts which I could not follow,. There are one or two others which I would like to put onto the home screen, but have no idea how to do it. Very complicated. I have had no problem doing on previous non Galaxy phones.
Very frustrating.
