I so wish I hadn't bought this phone! The manual is simply useless - it tells you absolutely nothing that you need to know, even where to insert the SIM card and what way up it should go (you might know this anyway, but if you don't, you're in trouble). The SIM is incredibly hard to insert, especially if your hand shakes at all. The phone arrives locked, and there's no information at all to help you unlock it - which it seems you have to do anyway every time you turn it on. I knew it was basic, but not that it looked and felt like a brick. I would never buy anything from Nokia again.
