Usually just use the bedsheet around summer but I'm a restless sleeper so the lack of weight doesn't help, yet I didn't want to faff with weighted blankets.
This does the trick nicely, bit more substantial than just the sheet but still cool and doesn't get twisted up and thrown off. Washes and dries easily too. Makes for a much more comfortable sleep.
I wasn't sure if it would be too light vs the usual 4.5 you get but I'm glad I opted for this one.
