Never damaged, used only decently. Soon after I got them, I realised charging levels were showing at random levels. Also, the left one was not charging without myself noticing until I'd need it, which let me down at very bad times. One day, I started to hear a whistle sound in the room thinking it's a deep fire alarm sound from outside. It turned out the earbuds case was singing a whistle when they were sitting idle on a table without being on charge. Would never buy again. Looking to find out how to return the product.
