This was perfect for my needs. It would fit my laptop, but wanted it to transport papers and folders - it holds quite a lot. The handle raises up and down very freely, the wheels are nice and quiet. All in all I am very pleased

The handle of the case has broken. The extending pole is no longer attached to the handle at the top, only one of the two extending poles pulls up with the handle. There is no way to request a return for items that become faulty after the returns period expires. I want it replaced or repaired. I expect an item to last longer than four months!
