I bought these to further automate my smart home. They work well with Alexa and Alexa routines. They're also very programmable via their own app- more so than via alexa. Of the 8 I bought, 2 make a ringing beeeeee noise and have been discarded- I don't think it'd be audible to an NT person, but to me, an autistic person, they're intolerable! The rest are silent and easy to use. The flashing during install is painful for me so I have to leave the room and assume they are flashing while I set them up on my phone without actually looking at them. I don't know why they couldn't have turned green for setup or something less difficult for photosensitive people to cope with than a bright, flashing light! Overall very good, highly customisable, alexa-responsive bulbs.
Be warned: if you reset your router they will temporarily disconnect and you will need to turn them off for a few minutes, then turn them back on for a minute, before you can voice-control them again!
