Usual Samsung quality. Set up can be a bit of a faff. First off you need to set up the app for the watch and then the health monitor app. If you want to use BP function you'll need a machine to measure BP so that you can calibrate the watch. ECG and heart rate /O2 measurement is fine. One star off for the rubbish strap provided. It's thick and bulky and I've already ordered a different strap (not from Samsung, their prices are ridiculous)!). Google play store apps are few and mostly useless. Google maps wouldn't work at all and the rest, to me, are not worth having. If you use earbuds for music, you'll have to go into settings and activate audio. It only allows phone calls as it's default. As a health screening device it's OK. Not used the fitness functions yet so can't comment on that side of the watch. Much faster than the watch 3 and smoother so a big improvement. Very few watch faces available yet but I'm sure they'll come in time.
