I have a ring doorbell 4. The faceplate cracked. I couldn't find a replacement for the 4, but noticed someone within the comments mentioned this one (3/3 plus) did fit the 4 with a minor adjustment on the inside/back fittings (making the warranty etc N/A for sending it back). What I did, the centre clip in section of the faceplate, I shaved it down very carefully at either side (as it's a centre slot in fitting and was just a little too long on the faceplate 3/3plus faceplate by approx 4mm) and it fits perfect. No issues with screwing it in!!! All of it aligned.
Final notes: The price is ridiculous, yes the material is plastic, but so are the original plates that come with the doorbells. Within 2 minutes, I have a new faceplate that was easy to install but carefully had to be altered. I just wish Amazon/Ring sold the faceplates for all the doorbells, not just specific ones.
