Excellent product, and especially for the price. This is my third Amazon Fire - the other two are still going strong, but for the following reasons I felt I needed a third Fire. My first one is easily 7 or 8 years old, and still has more than half its storage still to fill! It also has the best sound quality when playing music. However, due to its age, some apps will not work on it. My second Fire has barely any storage now (always buy a Fire with the most memory available) and has a slightly "tinnier" sound when playing music, but otherwise works beautifully. Even putting everything possible on the cloud has not improved storage on this one, and so a new Fire beckoned. The new one is great; plenty of storage so far, and of course Alexa on this one is hands-free. (Bit disconcerting; she has an American voice, not the usual Alexa voice, but it's my new toy, so what the hey!) All of my Fires are used on alternate days, for various things, and for the apps and/or music that I need to run or play. Battery storage is quite poor, even on the new Fire, but then again I use each one for about five or so hours non-stop in the evenings, by which time the battery shows around 25% remaining. This is why I've given battery life only three stars. Only my second Fire has "frozen" twice (easy to fix; just press the "on" button for 40 seconds, then press "on" again, and it will come back to life. I haven't used the camera in my new Fire yet, but the camera on the second one is excellent. (I've taken photographs of actual photos that are around 50 years old, and the quality is very good). Other than the fixable problem mentioned above re the "freezing", all my Fires have worked with no problems whatsoever. For the price, the quality is unsurpassed, in my opinion. Buy one; you will not be disappointed.
