A 4G 'feature' (dumb) phone for under twenty quid is some deal, so no surprises that's it is utterly back to the most basic of basics. There's no hi-res screen experience, the keys are spongy, and the interface is user hostile. On the other hand, it *is* 4G and it *is* under twenty quid! Do not buy it for use in any 'mission-critical' environment: it is *not* up to the job as a primary phone, ever. However, as a back-up for occasional use, or for incoming calls only, it fills the bill and thus gets 4 stars for what it is. But you must (and should) pay more if you want better ... everything.
