I’m more of a size 16 on my lower half now (thanks lockdown!) but these fit perfectly. The material is light enough for the current spell of hot weather, but not see through (I bought them in black). The wide elasticated waist band is comfortable and the elastic around the ankles means they can be pushed up to the knee (without the elastic digging in) or left long with no worry about rolling up. I’ll certainly be ordering more in other colours.
