Great for the price! Yet another product which proves the point you don't need to spend excessive amounts of money on a certain name/brand to get decent quality. It came well packaged with surprisingly 100% charge in them so I had them up and running connnected to my phone in about a minute. The manual didn't have to come out of the box. One thing I haven't checked yet is how the product keeps it's charge for. Going by other reviews though, I am quite content.
For the controls, which are prettty much standard I just had a quick look on the product page. Easy. The charging case is quite sturdy and although I don't plan on dropping it, I think it will survive ok if I did.
All the standard accessories were included, 3 different size of ear buds, charging lead etc. etc. The noise cancelling aspect was not that great at first. However it turned out I just needed to change the size of the buds to large....quite decent noise cancelling after that.
I asked my wife to call me on the phone and the earbuds worked as they should with the quality being just as good as any other brand.
Music sound quality wise, I don't think it would suit everyone as the bass is quite, shall we say, present. I believe it was mentioned by another reviewer. Saying that though, for me personnally I listen to loud heavy metal/hard rock and wow, I'm very happy! I did not detect any distortion in the bass at all, which to be honest, was my main concern. But, no, I'm very happy with the sound quality.
As for the hooks over the ears, very useful. Now, I don't run at all in any way shape or form but I see the use for them for those who do. I have had many buds fall out of my ear into a bucket of hot soapy water whilst washing my car!! These ones sit in the ear comfortably and securely, so that's one thing less to worry about.
There are of course many many different products just like these. I am though, very happy indeed that I chose these particular ones and would certainly do so again.
