So, I've now bought 2 (blue and khaki) and am totally In love with them. The inside lining is stretchy but not plasticy or nylony. The outside layer is very sheer but hangs heavily (not to floaty) and is very Generous. I'm 5"7 and it hangs below my bottom. It does show wet marks easily but they do wash out.
