Disgusted with Amazon, I bought this Henry thinking it was brand new.....like everything else on Amazon, but no, it's got scratches on the side, the wire coil is so hard to wind in and it has paint on the cord from someone else. I'd have bought from eBay if I wanted a pre owned one!!!! The hoover suction is ok, the hose is way too long, dosn't reach up my stairs and is so cumbersome to store!!!!
