Postives, Don't have to go through your apps or try and get alexa to reconise what you want to get to certain apps like netflix just press the button and off it goes. Wasn't to hard to set up but if you have more than one firestick like we do expect a few diffaculties. Amazon Support was a huge help there. So the Negatives. When telling alexa to open certain apps it would be great if she reconised it easier and when you are in an app say youtube for her to actually search youtube and not go to the main screen and show you everything from all apps for that. The old Firestick never did that. Overall really happy with the product and on yeah Really easy to pin stuff so the toddlers/kids don't go ordering random stuff like amazon Music for a year..
