The seal on the side of the box had been cut and there was a small tear in the box. The label had a sticker over it stamped "new". This makes me think this is not a completely new product. However everything inside the box seemed new.
The phone itself doesn't have good 2g reception, so I presume it has been optimised for 4g. Not a brilliant product, but good for the price.
