I don't usually purchase flagship phones purely as I do not require the specs they offer and at the price that is required to pay for said device however, I have been a fan of the Zenfone handsets as I Iike smaller mobiles so thought I would give it a go

The handset is surprisingly chunky, not too big but I was surprised. It has a nice weight in hand and the material used on the back feels great. I bought the Starry Blue version which looks really nice.

Once turned on the screen is excellent quality and the device does feel very premium. Fortunately Asus haven't bundled lots of bloatware like some brands and so this is very close to stock Android. The first thing I do is delete those apps I simply do not require and there were not many.

There are a plethora of options at your disposal to set the phone up as you desire if that is your thing. The sound quality is very good and whilst playing some games the whole underside of the device felt like a speaker. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is a powerful chip and ensures everything runs smoothly.

Camera is great though I am not one for taking lots of snaps and so this is not an important function for me.

If you are looking for a powerful, premium, small device then this is a great option and I can definitely recommend it.
