When I first bought this product, it worked almost immediately after I set it up. I then switched to another internet provider and no matter what I do, I cannot connect it to the new network. It doesn’t help that, when I tried to get help from this company, it felt like I was talking to an automated robot, which could not come up with any solution, but just sent me around the houses. I would like this matter resolved as soon as possible?
