I cannot get the back of dont want to push to hard as the phone is a bit on the flimsy side, very light but has every thing in box cant say about usage as i need to put the battery in ..and being for for older or young people im sure ut will break if dropped now being used by older person soon got use to it easy to use big buttons i suggest getting a phone case ...
