I read some mixed reviews and was unsure what to expect but on reflection I have not struggled to turn from left to right and vice versa on the last few weeks - only change is the topper so it has worked for me. Pains in my back especially when I have done 10 plus miles of walk have rescued too. It has 4 straps at each corner to hold it in place however it does move a bit but not a great issue. Only negative is that it is pricey for what it is but for me it is worth it as I can manoeuvre easily now.
