Arrived without plug and with wrong cable! Could not load new version of operating system. Spent 40 minutes with apple technician who could not resolve issue. Took 3 hour round trip and cost of £25 to get apple to wipe the phone and install software from scratch.
Not a good experience of using amazon or this particular third party who does not help whatsoever
