The location is reliant on pinging other android user's phones (which is weird as I have no idea how that works) so sometimes the location isn't exactly up to date .. but generally they are found and the location is remarkably accurate. Using the App is easy and works well.

The tag can be a little distance from the location on the map but it's only a few metres and with the sound functionality you would soon find it. It only notifies me when I leave it behind, but I cannot find out where it is as it only updates its location when connected to my phone. Searching for a solution on Samsung websites only gives outdated information that are not applicable to the latest app version. Returned and waiting for my refund.
