They are small but really surprised me, sound quality is very good for the size. The subwoofer adds the low end punch that 2.0 speakers tend to lack. RGB lighting looks really cool and for the price of £20 they are great value. They fit in really well with any PC or gaming setup. Would definitely recommend these

I’m using a Linux Ubuntu OS and these speakers with my set up works extremely well. Very happy with the purchase and the price is reasonable. The material is plastic-like but looks solid, I’m not surprised for the price would have preferred heavier speakers but these are super light so if that what you are after then these would suit you more. I bought these on a whim because they were cheap. I wasn't expecting much from them.

They aren't bad, the rear facing speakers on them didn't quite make sense at first, but as long as they are firing against a wall they are fine.
They struggle under heavy load, which is indicated by the lights dipping, so be careful as you might pop the electrics in them.
Because they are USB powered they can suffer with interference if you've got them plugged in to let's say the TV usb socket, but it's hardly noticeable.

The stereo separation is fair but not wide as some of the mid range audio comes from the sub, the speakers aren't labelled LR from what I can see, so I had to do a balance check to decider which one was which.

Don't expect any thumping bass, but there is a little. DnB and EDM music just isn't suited for these. I play Forza mostly, and they are fine with that audio.

I took a punt at getting a second pair and connected them by a headphone splitter. This changed everything, they are a lot more powerful and wider sounding in this config. But I am aware there are more viable options for £50 overall.

If you need a cheap, convenient portable speaker set up for presentation or general gaming, these are absolutely fine.

Will update if I incure any further problems (e.g. random shut off)

These speakers look pretty, they match with the rest of my pc set up, however that's about all they have going for them. The sound quality is very poor and the interference you get through them when listen to music or playing games is shocking, like literally it's that bad it completely spoils all other sound coming through the speakers. You can tell its made with very low quality wiring. First and last time I will buy a set of cheap speakers.

The SPKPAL S192 2.1 Multimedia Speaker set was packaged carefully and arrived in perfect condition. They are smaller than what I had anticipated, and for me, that’s a good thing. They require a USB connection as well as a 3.5 headphone jack connection. I didn’t read the description carefully as I thought it only required the USB connection, so this was a bit of a disappointment but again, for me, not a big deal at all. The user guide recommends using the computer’s USB port as opposed to a USB splitter (hub) but I found that either way, the speakers work just fine. My computer actually has good built-in speakers but the difference in sound? Definitely much better with these speakers. If your device has typical speakers with average or good sound quality, I predict that the difference will be quite significant. The subwoofer controls on-off and volume. The speakers and subwoofer light up with changing colors. Both my wife and I like this visual display, just a fun feature, but if you don’t want this this visual display, there is no way to turn if off without turning off the speakers completely. I looked and looked for the speakers to have an indication as to which one was the right speaker and which was the left. I found no such marking, again not a big deal to me, but perhaps to you. You can always figure this out on your own. One way is to do a search for "left right speaker test."
Getting the speakers to work with my PC as well as with my Mac presented a bit of a challenge. I found that I had to change some settings to get them to work, and if I then turned off these external speakers, I had no sound at all. When I got the internal speakers to work again, these external speakers would not work. So it was one or the other, and changing the settings was necessary to go back and forth, definitely a hassle for me. Perhaps I’m doing something wrong as I sure don’t have a Ph.D. in computer science. And I imagine most people would have no need and no desire to go back and forth, preferring the superior sound that the speakers offer. These are wonderful speakers at a wonderful price.
