Bought used on Amazon so I trust the integrity of product and warranty cover.
Minimal packaging and user guidance in the delivery so have relied on Samsung and YouTube for best ways to make the best use of the watch. That's worked perfectly fine.
Read reviews criticising battery life so took time to work out what I really need the watch to do independent of my phone. I now get >48hrs use on a charge no problem.
There are lots of configuration possibilities that I can still explore but I think I've arrived at 99% perfect for me.
I bought this watch primarily to link to the Samsung health app as I'm intent on improving my health and fitness. This feature is excellent.
My only criticism is getting quick access to the media player to run my music playlist, adjust volume etc. Could be more research and fine tuning needed.
In summary I am very satisfied with my purchase, I did need to invest time researching configuration options to get the best setup to maximise battery use but also suit my functional needs as a user.

I'll keep it short and sweet!

It's a cracking watch, with tons of features and functionality for sleep, heart rate, blood O2, ECG and more. I use it daily, and it's great for reminding me to get up and move about. It's improved my overall health, and has encouraged me to get out and walk more with it's exercise tracking.

I'd love to see these systems more gamified in the future, but for now the little achievements and such are great :)

Paired with an S20+, had no issues so far.

The only negative is after a day, you will be looking at around 50% battery remaining, with lets say "light to medium" usage. I've not tried battery saver mode to see how much it can extend life, but I'm sure you can fiddle with it to extend it out to probably 2-3 days before needing a charge.

Had the watch for 2 days , worked fine, and after 2 days it just wont work, doesnt turn on, and completely gone. Wont turn back on. Emailed customer and no response.

This was an upgrade on the version 3 that had finally given up. I was a little sceptical as I was purchasing a refurbished one, but apart from the lightest of scratches on the main dial the watch was spotless and works very well. Great battery life, lasting 2 days at least. Highly recommend

Received as planed and was super excited with my purchase. Some oily mark on face of watch but it was clearly informed this be the case and was for work only.
Unfortunately battery was only lasting 1 day at best and kept freezing.
BUT saying that communication was outstanding and refunded my purchase very quickly.
I needed watch ASAP so brought another locally but if I hadn't or I need another watch I would 100% use seller again.
It's nice to have confidence if something not right it will be professionally dealt with!!
