Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings, help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.

I've had this phone since the end of march and loved it to begin with, mainly because of the nostalgia, then it got damaged a couple of weeks later (1st photo) tiny pin-prick crack in the folding screen.. still don't know how it happened! It was just there 🤷Ive tried so many different repair places to get it repaired and nowhere will touch it. I tried motorola and still no joy. The second photo is the screen now.I've had to buy an alternative unlocked mobile as I need a reliable, fully visible screen, mobile. This phone will be sent to the draw I'm sad to say.My advice for the new razr, get it if you must but maybe wait until more places will repair it and in the meantime be careful!
I can't understand the 1 star review.....clearly doesn't actually have one............I do! It isn't the absolutely latest spec processor/display/camera/battery wise but it is more than good enough. Photo's are clear and naturally colour balanced, battery gets through a day of average use easily, main screen is clear and surprisingly flat when opened. It's very comfortable to use for actually making calls (imagine :-) Processor is more efficient than it's faster newer versions and you really wouldn't know the difference. Front screen is very useful....in fact I find about half the tasks can be can be completed without actually opening the phone. 256GB of storage is enough for most people and 8GB of ram keeps things running smoothly. But of course, the main thing is that I can carry a large screen phone comfortably in my pocket and that's the point. In my view foldable screens are the way forward.............I have had a mobile phone for many years (since the 90's) and I have been dismayed at the way phones have got bigger and bigger. For me, this isn't a nostalgia trip.....it's an admission that modern slab phones are just impractical and hugely boring.......Thankfully someone is willing to do something different.
What a pity the designers didn't pick up on why the old Razr was a success. This new one is not light, in fact it is very heavy. It is slippy where the old one was non slip. It doesn't open easily and needs both hands to open with confidence that you're not going to drop it. Whats wrong with phone designers that they make these very nice devices but then for the customer to use them in the real world they need a cheap cover to protect the device. Not much use for the nice finish really. If the Razr was made out of the original material it would reduce the weight by at least a 1/3 rd, would look good, and have no need for a cover. Work needs to be done to make the phone open and close easier, at least like the old one from 10 years ago. The screen is very good if it lasts, the size is good and seems to operate smoothly. The basis is there to make the phone a major success because you cant beat the basic concept with the 2 screens but the execution falls short. Forget about all the shiny iPhone's and Samsung's, they all need a $10 cover to be able to use them. Make the phone right first and then tidy up the outside. Make it light, open and close with ease, and non slippy.
This isn't the highest spec phone you can buy but it's still a pretty decent phone. It certainly doesn't feel cheap and if anything it's slightly heavier than a Samsung or iPhone. Both screens are pretty good and I have no problem with the camera. It is amazingly cool! Doesn't look clunky like the flip. If you want a decent phone that looks amazing then this is it.
I purchased this phone with a bit of scepticism. After about a week or so getting used to it, I was convinced its probably the best 5G phone available currently. It may be too early to say, I currently use another 5G phone as well which does not perform like the razr 5g. I know about LTE and work in the sector. I am amazed at this phone, its size, interoperability to other devices such smartwatches and headphones, it is clear, very mobile and agile. The price is pretty high, I guess esim may not suit everyone hence the dual slot for me. I am not sure if the addition Sim/SD card slot will be considered in the future it will be useful. Manufacturers these days want the extra cost for memory capacity i.e. 128/256 G. Apart from these in my humble opinion, it may be the best 5G phone currently despite the scarcity of 5G networks presently. I use is mainly on a 4G village network.
You can literally buy 10 mobile phones that will do the exact same thing for the price of this one. Quite frankly it's a disgrace with companies products such as high end Apple, samsung, motorola devices that will do what a 100 quid phone will do. Really not worth the price.

This is the 2nd of these Phones I have purchased - The first was for myself and I have had it for a couple of months now and have been so impressed by it that I purchased one for my other half (as she could never get on with the big 6.6" Fixed Phone she had).
It is great to simply slip into your pocket but have a 'full size' screen when needed.
I've only given 4 Stars for 'Easy To Use' Simply because I have had a couple of issues with using the Front Screen and I thought when you closed the Lid, if on a call, it would finish the call but this does not seem to be the case - Both of these I would put down to my inexperience though rather then actual issues with the phone and time will overcome both problems (neither should should put you off buying this phone).
