I read review saying didn’t charge & thought well that’s just a one off - NO - my phone doesn’t charge either & whilst a refund was agreed quickly- you have to pay to return- NOT CHEAP & still no refund - I have contacted seller but my impression is this is a total scam- Amazon should not be lending their name to this seller if they can’t provide the service agreed!

Phone should have been described as "good" or "acceptable".
Warning message from Apple stating "Unknown Part" instead of battery percentage also the phone screen is scratched and the seller has tried to disguise the scratches by fitting a screen protector.
