Arrived on time and was well packaged. The quilting section didn't appear as "plump" as depicted in the photos, although the protector is nice and soft to touch and it fitted perfectly on bed. It's too early to say how water resistant/stain resistant it is though. My only concern is that the care instructions were a little contradictory. Whilst the labelling on the protector, on the insert in the packaging and in the description on screen states do not tumble dry, if you scroll further down on the screen to the care instructions towards the end of the item information, it suggests that the item can be tumble dried (see attached photos).
