The resolution on this video doorbell is really good. I found setting this up to be so easy and problem free and with the help of my 8 year old tech kid It took about 10 minutes to put it together. It's very sturdy and feels well constructed and 100% waterproof and looks the business I didn't drill any holes I used the sticky tape provided and a dab of silicon for extra safety.
Charging the device was a breeze. I liked how the manual was so simple to follow with clear instructions. I also like how the unit comes with an SD card option and also cheap cloud storage aswell so video recording is instant. The AI detection gives instant notification to my phone and it gives me that safe peace of mind. I like the option of highlighting different zones where you don't want motion detection to alert you for example when someone comes to the neighbours house so that it doesn't trigger the alert sensor.
It has a two-way audio feature which lets you have real-time conversations with visitors through your smartphone. You can hear what they're saying and respond, which is perfect for those times when your not home to receive a package or just want to keep an eye on your home wherever you are was impressed with it as it worked really well when I was 200 miles away in London.
When setting up the video doorbell and chime with the app I found it will only connect to 2.4Ghz Wifi networks and the faster the internet connection you have and close to the router it is installed the better the image will be with less latency / delay in the feed. I also bought the angled bracket so I could get a better view of people and my garden.
The only thing I wish could be better is the battery mine lasted for 3 weeks first time but 4 and half weeks second time so it's not the battery's issue I guess it's all about footfall I have a big family and lots of guests so it drains the battery more I would say two months before a charge if I didn't have kids. But doesn't take much to unscrew the security screw and recharge it.
Another great feature is the tamper alarm that will come on if someone gets to hijack it.
It has been working faultless till a few weeks ago ( so waited to write this review incase it will go faulty again) where I was having few issues with motion detection icontacted to online app support team who were quick to respond and helped me to resolve the issues within hours so with the two year warranty I ain't worried about any future issues I know the company will respond.
Overall, this is a nice bit Kit and WELL worth the money as I got a wireless chime with it also so I'm very pleased with this purchase.
I would definitely buy this brand again without worrying about reliability and reputation.

I am so surprised at how great the performance of this doorbell camera is! The picture quality is crisp, the sound is superb. I have previously had a ring doorbell, blink doorbell & a time2 doorbell and none of them expensive ones compare to this one... When I have someone ringing on the door and it comes up on my phone as a notification if I press answer it comes up straight away unlike the other brands. I never miss a delivery due to this like I did before! I'm so glad I have this camera a go! Won't be going for any other makes bar this one in the future!

After an attempted burglary in which my old video doorbell was damaged, it was sadly time to replace it.
This doorbell looks very similar to my old one but with different branding. I guess they are possibly manufactured in the same factory. Nether the less, they are pretty good quality, and robust enough to take whatever UK weather throws at it.
It utilises the same cloud edge software as my old doorbell, I had a few teething troubles. The use of an aftermarket app can sometimes make it a little trickier to set up, and so It took me a good couple of attempts to get it connected to my WIFI network. But, once sorted the app functionality is not overly complicated, and is pretty straightforward to use.
In the box, there is a USB charging cable, wall mounting kit, and a dual-powered chime running off 3 AA batteries included, or you have the option to use a usb cable, (not included) The chime paired straight away with no difficulty.
The picture quality is generally excellent in all lighting conditions with a resolution up to 2k and supports night vision with motion detection. Sending instant alert notifications via the app which is customisable for daytime and nighttime. However, you will need SD card or subscribe to the cloud. I decided to purchase an SD card.
The intercom with two-way audio is also clear allowing you to communicate easily and connect quickly. As I have disabilities, this takes the stress from answering the door. I do like the motion detection which has worked flawlessly, for those times when people annoyingly don't ring the doorbell, I get an instant notification and can then speak to them.
According to the instructions this is a battery-powered only wireless doorbell, and cannot be hard-wired, so please bear this in mind before purchasing.
As for battery life, it should be fine for a couple of months before it needs charging, obviously, this will depend on usage and the alert levels you set. The access point for charging is conveniently placed on the side of the camera so no need to have to remove the doorbell from its bracket to recharge.
Overall, I’m happy it offers good value for money and functionality. I’d give this a sold 4 out of 5.
