I don't have a bath but got this for my feet and calf muscle problem. I have to walk about 30 - 33 thousand steps a day at work while pushing patients on trolleys, beds and chairs etc. It really makes my feet, ankle and calves sore. My ankle swelled and is painfull more so than normal. So I got this and made up a bucket to soak my feet and ankles in. I used a flannel to bathe my calves as the water level in a bucket is too low to submerge them. It felt great after. The smell was nice too. I was pleased with the bag size also. Will definately be buying again. After the soak in this I applied a magnesium muscle and joint spray. A perfect compliment to a soak in these salts.
Westlab - 1kg - Mindful Epsom & Himalayan Salts Infused with Frankincense & Bergamot which has a lovely smell, I have a wet room! however I use this in my foot spa! which is great when sitting there watching tv and you get the scent from the salts.. give this a try..
I will be exploring other variants of this brand, the scent was strong but not obnoxiously strong, dissolved well, box it delovered in was rather oversized considering the product, imagine putting a hamster in a cat carrier for scale on that.
For the price I would like to see more product and a dispenser/scoop reusable situation offered with refilling options to reduce as much wastage as possible.

I have found these salts the most effective for calming me and making me tired and relaxed great for before sleep or if you have had a stressful day and would like to unwind.
