As these are unscented I tend to add a little tea tree essential oil to the packet as I like there to be a little scent. I am a diabetic so footcare is really important to me. I tend to use them in a foot soak (just an ordinary bowl, some warm water and some of these then relax. I also put the plug in the bath when I have a shower and add some to the bath so as it fills a little with water whilst I shower I also get a daily foot spa at the same time.

For my tired feet. Anymore salt and it stings alot. Start out with warm water and a third of a cup of sea salt add a bit at a time Till you get the right consintration. It is pretty expensive. The one cup really does sting at that concentration. I think the company just wants to make more money.and nothing else.
It is a waste the amount the company tells you to use.
