I’ve been wearing Spanx for 15 years because A) the hips and b) the thick thighs are no joke. These are the best I’ve ever ever owned because it doesn’t feel like you’re wearing shorts, as only the pants part are super tight, the leg material is that thin you barely feel it but it stops the chafe. With regard to size I’m a 14-16 and brought the 16-18 because I don’t like a tight waistband and these are snug so I made the right call.

So I had been looking for shape wear for an up coming wedding. Read so many reviews on so many other products. I went for these and my god they were perfect! They are not expensive, pulls your waist in and stomach. Make sure you measure to get the right size! When they first came I didn't think I'd get them on but once you get them over your bumper and hips it's fine. I wore them for hours and they were not uncomfortable at all, I ate and drank no issues! I'd Defford buy again if I needed more.
