I'm using this shaker with Warrior's excellent strawberry flavour protein powder, and it's great.

The included wire ball helps the powder to mix well, it fits together easily, and is pleasant to drink from. So far, so good.

Once done, cleaning is a case of popping in a few drops of washing up liquid and some warm water, shake it the same way you just did with the shake, unscrew and rinse out, then pop iton the drainer - job done!

I have been blending protean shakes which is messy and takes time. This has a wire spring affair inside it. I was doubtful that it would get rid of the lumps because nothing has so far.
