I bought these to replace the laces in my daughter’s school shoes which had snapped after just a few weeks of wear. So far these seem to be standing up to the daily use much better with only minimal signs of wear after a couple of months. The laces have a slightly glossy finish which makes it easier to pull them through the lace loops so shoes are easier to get in and off too.
